Ordering, Delivering and Payments.
How do I order? Do you have a show room or a shop?
We’re an e-commerce based business. We don’t have physical stores. You have three ways to order. You can either contact us on whatsapp on 0588086158 Sun-Thur from 10 am till 6 pm, send us an email or message on Facebook with your preferred order on email@example.com, or you order online and here are the steps:
1. Step 1: Pick the product family you like on the top of the page then select your favorite product
2. Step 2: Read the description on the right of the product to get a feel of what it is like… then to find out the price pick the material the color and the quantity you would like to have. (the price will appear after you pick the material next to “Price” )
3. Step 3: after you have picked all what you want press add to basket.
4. Step 4: you will be navigated to a page for your information. Submit your information and then press SEND and we will receive your order.
That is the most you will do… After that our courier will call you within 3-5 business days to confirm the exact delivery date and time.
Payment method is (COD) cash on delivery or online. Additional delivery charges will be added on the order based on the ordered product.
How do I Pay?
Payment methods are (COD) cash on delivery or via online credit card
When will I receive my items?
Any order will not exceed 5 working days to delivered to your door from when you place your order. We will do our best to deliver it as soon as possible.
How will my order be delivered?
As soon as your item is ready in our warehouse, our courier call you to let you know and will schedule with you the exact delivery date and time.
Returns and Refunds
What if I don’t like the product I ordered when it arrives?
We’re sure you will like it, but if not, you can return it to us within two days of delivery for a full refund and you can EXCHANGE it within 7 days after purchase. Simply contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org with a brief explanation. After that, we will make sure our courier collects your product/s as soon as possible.
In case of returns, the product must be in the same condition it has been received upon with the purchase receipt
Can I change my existing order?
You still can make any changes in your order within 24 hours from the ordering date, simply by contacting us through our email.
